Are all orders final sale?
Yes. All orders are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for sizing, change of mind, or any non-defect related reasons. Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We only accept returns or exchanges for defective items. If your item arrives with a defect, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
What qualifies as a defective item?
A defective item includes manufacturing flaws such as holes, tears, misprints, or damaged seams that were present upon arrival. Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery does not qualify.
How do I report a defective item?
Please email reklusegalley@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

What condition must the item be in to qualify for a return or exchange?
All approved items must be:

If the item does not meet these requirements, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Rekluse Gallery is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your defective return is received and inspected, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your original form of payment, depending on your bank.
Do you offer store credit or credit notes?
No. We do not offer store credit. All approved refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After this window, all orders are processed and considered final sale.
